Purpose: Awareness, relief from guilt, understanding roles. Includes: Lesson 1: Spiritual and Material Needs in the Family of the Substance User Lesson 2: Enabling Behavior in Families with Addicts Lesson 3: Managing Co-dependency

MODULE 2. Emotional Boundaries & Resistance Management
Goal: Prepare FMs emotionally so they don’t collapse when pressure starts. Includes: Lesson 4: Anticipating Resistance of the Substance User: blame, anger, manipulation, fear of conflict; emotional safety; “minimum support mode” emotionally, not financially

MODULE 3. Financial Boundaries & Long-Term Stability
Goal: Teach how to stop financing addiction without destroying the family. Includes: Lesson 5: Managing Family Finances in the Long-Term Perspective Lesson 6: Protecting Your Finances & Managing Debt

MODULE 4. Integration, Action & Responsibility
Goal: Turn knowledge into action and support consistency. Includes: Assignment Module (tables, checklists, boundary planning)
